The description details of the thermal bag is accurate . However, mine 'did not come with the shoulder strap!' as described in the advertisement and pictured attached to the bag. Maybe it was just my bad luck but disappointing regardless. - Other than not getting a shoulder strap, the bag is very well made with quality stitching all around. - The bag is made using good quality materials throughout and should prove to be very durable even with hard use. Yes, I would purchase this bag again because of its high quality, but hopefully the next one will come with its shoulder strap as advertised!
