It is only 38g with packaging, probably the content is 30g. I give 5 star because it is still the best solder paste for reballing widh stencil. It doesn't have so much flux in it so doesn't boubbles and spits during warming. The bigger ball size 25-45um also prevent bridging under the stencil or traveling under the stencil when one ball will be bigger because it is sucking the solder from other holes. When it's start to dry out I added half a drop of alcohol and mixed it. When I don't use it I keep in the fridge in a sealed bag.
