I received the product and the shell was broken and also was not assembled completly, I told the seller that there were pieces moving and rattling inside, the seller told me to open it and see what it was, when I opened it, 1 leg on the case was broken but the display board was not even attached to the case, it was just floating around loose but all the screws were in the case.when I tried to reassemble the wholes will not line up and needs to be drilled and fixed to whole position. This product is almost a piece of garbage to me, and the seller wants me to pay for delivery of another 1.
The seller is lying in his last comment! The seller was very rude and never offered anything to me for free. The seller tried to first imply that I broke it and said “how do I know you didn’t break it?” He then gave me links to purchase replacement parts for what was broken. This seller is unprofessional and even though the store carries many items I would like, I will never do business with him again and not because of the terrible quality I received which happens in production and shipping sometimes. The reason I will never do business with them is because how rude and unprofessional the seller is. The seller also makes false statement to the public. This also makes the Seller a liar! AliExpress should deal with these kinds of sellers as they make AliExpress look bad. Please AliExpress investigate this, you have access to all the messages between the seller and I, eliminate dishonest sellers and it is better for everyone!
