Everything appears to be in the box, well packaged etc, bit of a delay with the shipment, but in fairness the seller did seem to check up on it and kept me informed, package seemed to get stuck in the last leg, but turned up 2 days after the supplier went enquiring from their side. Fingers crossed now with the install which is when I will know it works
This Lavaner heater was shipped very quickly, just 3 days from placing order to delivery! It was packaged very well to protect from transit damage (see photo). Inspecting the components I was pleased to see that they appear to be very well made, the exhaust clamps are robust heavy duty items and the supplied fuel filter is much better than I have seen elsewhere, the fuel hose is the correct ‘hard’ plastic material as well. Lastly the instruction/installation manual is comprehensive and written in good English. The digital controller and remote control also come with their own 2 page instructions. I am very pleased and looking forward to fitting this heater!
