1. Replaced the USB connector, do not replace the USB charging cable normally. it's not about the cable. 2. The photo shows the load of your manufacturer, no power, the minimum glow. Doesn't hold power.

Not efficient against joint pain. Only milder effect. Short battery span, around 60 minutes of therapy. Expensive. I paid 60% tax.
My device stop to charge! No doubt it is a Chinese product.
