i ordered 3 pc's first one burned cause I did not limit the current, while i use 3.5 v and 30 ohm resistor to limit the current to 16 ma and laser power to 48 or 50 mw and was working perfectly for hours without any issue, at night for 500 m the red spot can seen clearly.
nice good value, don't connect without resistor to limit the current and not exceed 20 ma or you will loose it.
