OK good news 1st, it was shipped quickly and packaged well. now the bad news! it is not sheepskin. it is totally synthetic. it is not a winter coat even for relatively mild UK conditions. in addition to this the zip is very cheap and catches. the exterior is already peeling even without it being worn or subject to any weather. its basically a cheap product not worth £10. I voiced my complaints and was told to return it AT MY COST, this is not an option as this would cost more than the refund. messages responded to by emoji!! really sorry to have to post my 1st bad review for product bought on this site. coat is now blanket for my cat! no other compensation offered despite me asking twice. messages are responded to by emoji. so I will respond appropriately
