This item took a long time to arrive in Western Australia, people need things like this to occupy their minds during Covid-19 when we are all locked down. I would suggest you have people or friends that can explain & discuss in English, as this caused extreme anxiety to your customer. The product was quiet small compared to the picture on your website (which appeared bigger) which makes all the relevant signs/designs small too. I’m hesitant to order more products because of the times it takes to arrive in Western Australia, as this order will be completed in 1.5 weeks = 10days, then I have to find something else and I don’t want to wait another 35 days to do nothing.
