The item is not working right. It is a humidifier that doesnt mist. Barely any mist comes out of the humidifier. I filed a complaint with the seller and they didn’t approve bc i hadn’t shown a video but only clear pictures. They didn’t give me a chance to upload a video and just closed my complaint without further conversation.

huge disappointment -broken after a week! I've ordered two and both are not working now.
I've ordered two, both just stopped working after a week. First few days was perfect than the steam just stopped I DON'T RECOMMEND
