Product was received as shown. However the manual has wrong procedures to clone an existing remote. After a few trials, I managed to figure out the proper way to clone each key on the new remote. It needed one or more trials to get the key working properly. I am still in the process of doing it for all the keys. This universal tv remote works well once the setup is done. If the instructions were correct, I would give a five-star rating.
