It's cheap so I should have known it is poor quality. Did contact seller who said to try some things as the HDMI and two output channels doesn't work. I paid a professional contractor to sort it out and he also confirmed that that the unit is faulty from a factory problem. It cost too much to send it back for repairs or exchange so I put it in the garage as I can not do anything with it and I can't even sell a thing that is not working. Like I said it's my fault for buying cheap and hoped for the best. The seller might be good but the products are not.
