Item is as described. However for IWB, the extended top lip seems to be on the wrong side for an IWB design but is still functional. Double stack G27 magazines fit inside fine. The adjustable tension screws work good for fine tuning. There is a seam where the two halves meet so not a one piece kydex design but does seem sturdy overall and should last a long time. The screw hardware and rubber bushings seem to be top quality. Packaged well, shipped quickly, and did arrive within the specified time frame.
