Arrived quickly in perfect condition. Very well packed in the box. The pot is sturdy and has an attractive, smooth finish, like in the photos.
I received my order last 7/9/2020. I am very disappointed the seller because the pot has cracks. I contacted the seller immediately but my messages were ignored. I gave the seller more than 2 weeks to respond before posting this review. The seller did not handle the packaging and shipment very well even if I paid extra for the DHL shipment. The pot inside the box was not properly cushioned. The seller should have known better that the item he is sending is breakable. The seller should have wrapped the items inside the box with a bubble wrap to prevent the item from breaking. The seller also did not put a sticker or label on the box which states “fragile”, “handle with care” or “breakable” which would have help the DHL personnels handling the package to take extra care during their transport. By ignoring my messages proves that the seller does not known basic business etiquette.
