The shipping package could be better! It's very very basic, air cap (bubble wrap) envelope and inside your ram. That's not enough. Especially as I bought three. The red heat diffusing part (I guess) or just a gimmick is falling off very very easily. Not sure what is Kingspec thinking, but it's glued very weakly!!! Oh and yes the ram works fine even on AMD machines! Not sure why it's specified it isn't.
