Perfect to program my winch. User manual could be more detailed.
The description for this item included that it could be used to re-program either the SW22HV or W6114-6T winch. No where did the description mention the software, that it is Windows based only and on their old OS 98. I could not obtain the software from this supplier, only the "manual" pdf. I located the relevant files elsewhere on another site selling the same items, free and simple to download on the site without requesting it. I now notice that this site has added the pathways to both the software to program and the instructions how to use on its page for these items, so they remedied my problem after my troubles, perhaps? Still good gear for the price. BUT be careful how you use the programmer as its very easy to burn out a winch with incorrect settings!
