Item never arrived.

When i came to service station to install the device we've discovered that instead of a proper USB connector there was one for another car model. There should be 4pin Mazda connector. Now i have to pay twice for the installation because it's not complete yet. The dispute i've opened i asked to send me the proper USB cable and to compensate the installation at the service station because i have to do it twice. I'm very disappointed because the AE marshals decided to send back the device and they will return my money. So. I've already paid money to install, and have to pay second time to reinstall the device? Are you kidding?
