The product arrived after a month and a half, and without any installation guide. After sifting through the reviews it looks like most of the buyers installed the cable the wrong way! You need to remove the cable from the housing, and reinsert it after attaching to handle part. Search YouTube for a guide. After using for a few weeks, the metal pin that holds the cable broke (see pictures). The seller isn't answering my messages.
Very high quality, works great but the cable system is difficult to install.. you need to connect first the remote (witch is kind of bad - very short lever so you need to push it pretty hard when you'll use it) and then pull the hole housing in order to fit the cable stopper at the post dropper and then pull it back, loose the handlebar (if you have more than 700 mm).. it a mess. But it's worth it, i think i saved about 15-20 bucks with this one next to another cheap post from my country (i also had to pay custom so it could have been even better). I recommand the product but you should ask a professional to install it if you don't have mechanical skills.
