The product is shipped in untraceable mode despite the high value. I have not received the package. The post office is not responsible for who collects the item, as in this case with the incomplete address. After contacting the supplier, they elaborate on explanations in order to buy time so as not to open the dispute. Very important fact: the order is closed by them "as received". I did not close the order "as received" and found it closed so that I cannot open the dispute for parcel not received. Real incompetents and scammers. Be wary.
