good quality, sole patches on real leather, and inside well protected. I´m US 7, I bought an 8 and was perfect. (sometimes I wash it and the size is reduced a little so 1 extra size was ok for me) maybe 1 suggestion: add the elastics separately, so any person can adjust and sew it
