Box damaged but order okay. VERY HARD to REMIOVE BATTERY from charger, but otherwise the batteries and charger are excellent. How many times can you recharge batteries? 500 or 1000? There is QUITE A DIFFERENCE! Your website info is different than the literature that came with the batteries (see attached photos). Took just over 5 weeks to me in Canada. I will order more. Thank-you. Larry
