I bought this memory to update and old 775 motherboard. 16gb DDR2 it’s a luxury having DDR5 around the corner.

I bought 8go ram for my p45-ds3r old motherboard. Firstly the ram don't look same as the pic (8 pins on the pic, 16 here as for AMD motherboard). So, If I put this 2 ram on slot 1/3, computer won't boot. I need to put them in 2/3 (no more dual channel). Moreover, I can't overclock anymore my computer, I have everytime BSOD... So, as an advice don't buy this ram, I just lost something like 50e for inconsistant ram and wrong ram (as we need 8 pins each side for intel). Will edit this com if I have any answer from them.
