Folks the sink is fine, however note the plastic pedestal base it sits on is substandard so I replaced it with a metal and chrome one. The supplier ships faucets which are crap. two thirds of the body are hollow tubes unlike conventional solid brass body faucets. This makes the taps noisey in operational. Kemaidi, ship you these taps without the correct fittings to connect to standard 1/2 inch water pipes, great job. Also, because only a 1/3 of the faucet actual is present when u connect your flexible hose make so u buy one that is 24-30 inches long so it can reach your water supply.
The price I paid in total for 4 sinks and faucets was SG$679.26. The sender declared the value at SG$1,550.17 which is nonsense. Tax is 7% so for $679.26 worth of goods i pay $47.55. I was forced to pay $123.51 because the declared valuebof goods was wrong. Howvcan you pay $679.26 and declare the goods at $1,550.17. Also, one of faucets has a slight dent and one of the luxury stone basins does not drain properly. I would like to send back this sink for a replacement, it is clearly faulty ad the other one i bought drains perfectly. SO I WANT SG$75.96 refund plus i would like to return one sink and faucet for a replacement. I am a loyal customer with Alibba and this seller has been a nightmare to work with. If they had declared to customs that the shippment was worth $10,000 would you expect me to pay the import duty, the value of the goods is the price you pay $679.26. They DECLARED the wrong value, so i had to pay more duty than necessary.
Beautiful product and great packaging, no damage and arrived quickly
