The remote has no battery. They did not mention on advertisement. They are cheating.

Nice audio player. Plays from SD/USB/BT/AUX. Works with 8 to 15V DC power supply and it also works with 5V if you bypass 78M05 voltage regulator IC on the board. Very good for making a DIY audio speakers or car audio system.
