both fan received seems work but I'm not sure their quality is like expected... first, their power absorption is over rated, both consumption is about 2.4W else 0.6W, and the center of the fan where the motor is located became hot... not so hot but I never see a fan motor became so hot in my experience, specially considering they should be only 0.6W... second, the fans are all spread of oil... I think it come from the bearing, and if this oil is gone in the circuit is possible will damage it. so, or this fans are defective, or the seller re-mark the 2.4W model with the 0.6W label
