Good cam, i don't think find the option of G control or activate recording in the event of a collision.. good recording you do not see the number plate from a distance but for the price it is more than enough. Better to buy car stereos from this vendor for a better dash camera.

I am getting a higher resolution camera as I found out it is hard to read license plates in recordings made in low light conditions with this camera. ADAS is kind of fun though. I like the friendly "bing" when the car in front starts moving at a traffic light.
Further testing reveals: The camera might not be capable of 1080p resolution. The video I recorded at max quality setting is 720 only and appaers to be interlaced, too. That makes reading plates really an issue.
