Ordered and paid for on April 26th, shipped on the 30th, and delivered on May 10th packaged in 2 separate boxes but bound with plastic wrapping. Item as described. It has not been mounted yet so cannot verify functionality.

Product came as shown in pictures. Received earlier than listed shipping date. Did not notice when bought that it comes with wood screws and not machine screws that connect the 2 outside handles together. Have to buy additional screws to mount properly. Operation of door handle is smooth. All components look and feel to be good quality.
