the frame heats up very fast!!

Tested: draws ~1.2 Amps on max. Quite bright and compact. Electronic control works, ramping is smooth going down but a slight jump going up from the lowest setting (nothing problematic). Light temperature ~6500ºK and all the COB elements function. Great little product for my microscope - I would recommend it.
