Perfect! Accurate within +/- 1C. and assembled with screws instead of glue. That black thing that goes into yellow plastic part does come out over time and once it happens the wires will soon break. With this item I dont have this problem anymore because I can always unscrew it, and put it back in. If accuracy drops after opening and closing it then it is because you messed something up. In that case just open it again and make sure that all connections are tight and good and no wires are shorted.
