The store provided excellent, prompt service, I highly recommend it. As for the product, it is reasonably well built. The documentation does not display the true power envelope of the product. I don't really expect it to provide the full 1920W it claims, simply because at 92% maximum efficiency (according to the data sheet) it would need to dissipate 150W and I doubt that it can do it. It has enough openings for air to circulate and a (very) small fan on one side, but I don't think that it can realistically dissipate more than a few tens of Watts, and that's an optimistic evaluation.
