Enstead of X4 arrived X3 - much worse. Seller does not give me photo and video of my parcel Seller was sending to me. Because of these two laptops (X4 and X3) have different screen sizes and therefore different packaging sizes. Our "Latvijas pasts" posts not allow to sent the product wich have litium batteries in countries not in EU because of low. So I can NOT send wrong product back. Please refund without return product. It is possible to send a laptop from China, but it is impossible to send a laptop from Latvia to China!!! You must return at least the price difference!
