The product came with dent and scratches. The picture is just an example of one area. It was also very dirty, but after clean up, item still usable. It seems to be the fault of factory's quality control, not the seller's fault. The seller was fast on agreeing for partial refund after I open dispute, so although I had issues with the product itself not being "new" as it should, I am happy with seller's service and do not blame the seller.
