On what concerns the wallet itself, the zippers run smoothly, and the stitching is of very good quality. The leather is soft, but is not too soft that it might feel delicate. I had made a large order with Joyir so I received this wallet in a separate package with no extra shipping cost! When I had an issue with my tracking number they were very quick in answering and giving me an updated tracking number. I had gotten this as a gift and had bought a men travel backpack from Joyir to make a set. The color is a little darker than the bags but it is not a distracting difference and there is always a natural color variation between leather pieces. Over all, I am very satisfied with this wallet and with the store!
