Second time I order from this seller. The products are good quality. The seller is friendly and helpful. Shipment to Romania took 6 weeks (autumn 2020 - full pandemic on). My first order (July 2020) arrived in 9 weeks, so this time is already a big improvement. This pen: definitely a display/gift pen. Nice details, for example I love that the dragon "ruby" eyes are aligned with the nib, so it can be displayed also uncapped.
