Ordered and paid for 3 keys and cutting but received only 1 after waiting excessive time for delivery. Seller also did not include the battery as was advertised. Seller unapologetic, rude and very unhelpful. He also deliberately held up refund process for missing items. Despite multiple requests he still has not provided the battery details so that I can buy a battery locally and won't tell me where the transponder chip should be installed, so far I still cannot use the one key he did send. Impolite, unprofessional and infuriating. Do not buy from this store
