I live in Canada. I have laptop Acer 7745. When I plug in new battery 6500 mAh/70Wh it shows that there is no battery detected. It is not charging laptop. Orginal battery AS10B31 10.8V 4.15Ah works fine. What should I do? Please advise. Thank you.
