The item did not work. So opened dispute, first they offered resend by return teh fault item or no return but 15$ for sending a new. Second they offered 50% refund, a day after 70% refund. Last they asked me to change the dispute reason, i did so and get full refund, so i am not happy at all but at least got my money back.
