Part or a large order, go them on time and perfect condition. Well, hiccups happen, I got a G instead of a C. Yet, the piece itself is good and I mentioned to the customer service and they will be sending me a replacement with the correct copper C letter. So, the product is perfect it was just an error on the shipping which will be solved. I'll continue purchasing from them, no issues!
