item came in a combined shipping package. everything was in such mess. I washed items, but some of them was stained, so I requested refund. seller fullfilled my request instantly. even though delivery experience was a disaster, seller's responsiveness is very impressive. they deserves 5 star. thank you. I hope we have better experience in the future. please avoid combine shipping if you can or be sure to use insulated, plastic packaging.
