Thank you for safely packing the product! The post office tried to smash (I think with a baseball bat), luckily only 1 item broke, which is not even needed because it got into a low aquarium.

Amazing... Less then 2 weeks from ordering to arriving in Holland!! Huge compliment to the seller !! Filter is basic but good,easy to put together and it had the EU adapter in the box! Box did protect the filter and all was in top condition. The filter works silent and I did add some extra material in the filter as long there is a lot of room. For a small tank this is a great filter (my tank is 40cm) water-flow is good and it cleans the water as it suppose to do! I absolute recommenced this store and the filter !!!
