The mouse only worked for 30 minutes after which it died. Getting the issue fixed by the seller was very cumbersome. - I had to make a video of the defective mouse to prove it was defective - I had to mail the video to an email address - I had to reorder the item without paying - They had to change the price to 0.01 EUR, which I had to pay. Only after all this hassle the replacement item was shipped. Luckily the new item still works.
It is a nicely build mouse, with good haptic of the buttons, especially for a price of 11 Euro the build quality is very nice. Don't worry about the "gamer" look of the pictures, the mouse has no rgb and the red light is just the sensor illumination that shines through. In an normal office environment it is nearly not visible. Downside is the heating: It works but the heat is very concentrated in the area above the logo. The fingers get nearly no heat and the sides stay cold, too. Overall a good mouse with heating and definitely better than one without heating but still a lot of space for improvement
