The JCidv1 worked perfectly,it doesn't need a iPhone 6 battery to function,just 5v from usb to lightning cable,i sent data packet from broken iPhone xr screen to new replacement screen/digitiser.it was easy to do,then checked true tone function,it was working perfectly (probably should of paid the extra money and got the updated version jcidvs1,not to worry , all good.
