Wanted to open beer bottles for fun - won't do, Jaws too small. Cap feels a bit loose, but the drive does not fall off easily, plus there is a somewhat flimsy protective chain made of soft metal. Volume 64GB is real, written movies and MD5 signature on one computer, verified on another - OK. Read speed 17 MB/sec, okay for USB2. Write speed 4 to 7 MB/sec, slow for 64GB size, perhaps better not but above 16GB sized ones. Maybe slow obsolete media can keep data more reliable than modern TLC and QLC SSD/flash chips, but SSD can never be reliable storage when off power for months. All in all - good purchase for a small gift, but dated for your own use.
