I advise all buyers to wait for final testing before giving feedback. After installing the printhead everything seemed fine. However, after 15 A3 posters were printed, the printhead started leaking from under the nozzle plate. Customer service is a big misunderstanding. I only get automatic replies to messages. Five days pass with no response from a real human. I wanted to open a dispute, but it turned out to be a day too late. I am sorry to say that such practices are probably a standard among Chinese companies.
