Nicely made yanagiba, amazing for the price. Gentle concave grind on back and steel seems to be greater than HRC 60+ compared to my other knives. Needs sharpening, so invest in a whetstone. Once sharpened, it is super shape and holds the edge well. one compliant that does is that the tang is not fully centered to handle in the piece I received, so hopefully Dongsun could improve on quality control in an otherwise excellent knife.
