This is an excellent dash cam with very good daytime picture quality. I have not tried it at night yet. Installation was easy but I wish the product description had clearly stated that low voltage vehicle battery protection for parking mode was built into the camera. The Youmera app for Android works fine on an older Samsung tablet running Android 7. The app provides the necessary camera controls for setup & reviewing/downloading the captured videos/pictures. I also installed the app on the Android 10 head-unit (Snapdragon chip & 10.25" screen) in my BMW but I can't get it to do anything except show the live view & capture pictures. I can't access the camera setup or video controls and closing the app requires that I first change to the BMW iDrive system and then back to the Android main menu. The app probably hasn't been updated to work with higher resolution screens and/or the newer Android 10 OS so I hope the developer does this soon.
