Worst communication with an Aliexpress seller ever! We do a lot of shopping on Aliexpress (via 2 accounts), but it never happened to me for a seller to read the messages and not answer for days in a row. The pendant from them fell from the ceiling 3 days after being installed by a professional electrician that dod all the work in our house. This was the only problem and it's due to the bad fixing system provided in the box, althouh it. The seller offered a $5 coupon foar a good woth almost $200; it was almost an insult :( We wanted a new pendant with a considerable discount and we clearly expressed this to him; he kept delaying answers untill he didn't answer at all. We had to order from another seller in order to fill the gap in our home. I do not recommend.
