I ordered 4 access controller - 2 came broken. After contacting the supplier's chatbot I sent an email with videos of the broken devices and had no response in 3 weeks. I re-contacted the supplier multiple times but no feedback at all. So next step is to escalate through Alibaba and of course Visa. This behaviour is unacceptable and puts shame on chineese companies that really require business in order to survive. Treating customers like this supplier does is pathetic - Be WARNED and stay away from the OBO Security Store - you have no service or warranty!!!
