The intercooler has been purchased for Skoda Superb 3V3 280 HP 4x4 and it perfectly fit it. Without ANY cuts. The only problem appeared, while installing back of stock radiator, as the holding slots on the intercooler didn't match with radiator and has been accidentally damaged. By parcel arrived without caps on the pipes! So, internal parts of intercooler were full of foam pieces! :( Based on my measurements, intercooler tank size slightly smaller than declared in the description. My measurements core size 640mm x 410mm x 59mm (tank is 59 mm, not 65 mm, as declared). But in any case, it's much bigger than stock intercooler. All other stuff was Ok. Engine EA888 Gen.3 and turbo IS38 is working more efficient now.
