Don't work on Asus P5B. And don't work on Asus P5GC-MX/GBL. But this mainboards are not stable for Xeon... So may be the CPU is good, but not suitable for this boards. Therefore - 4. Не работает на Asus P5B и Asus P5GC-MX/GBL. Но эти две платы лотерея для Xeonов, возможно с процессором все в порядке, но мне это не удалось проверить. Поэтому - 4.
