100% working with my GA-EP35-DS3 (rev. 2.1) motherboard. Perfect resurrection for my 12 years old PC. For better cooling I will advice you to use better thermal paste. The standard Intel E18764-001 Socket 775 Aluminum Heat Sink & 3" Fan is not enough to cool down the CPU at 100% load. I will think about another solution.
